Trinity Sponsors Traditional Scottish Sport
As well as sponsoring the Men's Tug-o-war on the Grampian Highland Games Circuit, Trinity also sponsors the only World Event at the Lonach Gathering - THE LADIES TUG-O-WAR where Strathdon takes on the Rest of the World.
At the 2010 games The REST OF THE WORLD (a team made up of women from around the globe) put up a commendable fight, however the Lonach Ladies came out victorious. But there's no complacency on their part and they'll no doubt be in training for the 2011 competition on Saturday 27th August.
2007 was a special year for Trinity's tug-o-war sponsorship, as we sponsored the event at the Braemar Gathering for the first time. We had a wonderful day with clients and friends joining us for spectacular views of the games from the Royal Enclosure, plenty of good food - and of course drink and bonhomie. The sun shone, a great time was had by all and we are looking foward to the next games which are on Saturday 2nd September 2011.
